Helping You Discover the Purpose of the Man
Anyone who has been through a significant life change will tell you that a support network played a significant role in their healing process. By connecting with people around you who share common values and place love, understanding, accountability, and fellowship at the forefront of their lives, you vastly increase your chances of success and maintaining a quality of character over the long-term. In this group you will learn the purpose of a man and develop the skills to be that man.
What this ministry offers
ALL MEN WELCOME
QUESTION:
Am I required to be a Christian to participate in this group"
ANSWER:
Ours is a grace-based para-church ministry, meaning that we understand that we are not to judge a man for his beliefs. However, you must understand that this ministry is a Christian ministry, and all studies and mission tactics are derived from The Holy Bible and guided by God Who is the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. So, welcome friend - we are happy to help you learn how to be an upright standing man.
The Mission
. . . of the Men of the SHIELD
Although Men of the SHIELD, as a group, has a military flair, it is not a military type group. We are Christian men who seek to help other men have a place of accountability and an opportunity to strengthen their walk in Christ. When a Man of the SHIELD meets with a man who does not believe in Jesus Christ, the Men of the SHIELD stand alert and ready to allow the Holy Spirit to work through them. It is by the Man of the SHIELD's upright stance that the lost soldier might see a better way to live and desire to meet with the Holy Spirit in a personal way as He, and only He, inspires that lost soldier to our Lord Jesus Christ. For the man who does not know how to be an upright soldier, the Men of the SHIELD will teach that uprightness follows the intentional imitation of Jesus Christ and the following of the Voice of God which He calls the Sword (The Holy Bible).

Tactical Briefing
Live Tactical ZOOM Check-ins for Kingdom Mission Awareness and Accountability
Tactical Briefings can happen at any time. They are short and to the point, and are always biblically based and directed by the Holy Spirit. You will receive one point for each tactical briefing you attend. Tactical Briefings are not scheduled; you will receive a text informing you of an upcoming briefing.

MISSION ALERT
Flash messages are similar to Tactical Briefings, but do not require the member to join a live meeting. The message might be a prayer initiative, a prayer request, additional instructions from the previous Tactical Briefing. They will be deployed using whatever method will best get the message to the member, such as this page, facebook, instagram, youtube or whatever we need to get the message to you. You will be informed via text that there is a Mission Alert. You will get 1 point each time you acknowledge a Mission Alert.

Honor everyone. Love the brotherhood. Fear God. Honor the emperor. Servants, be subject to your masters with all respect, not only to the good and gentle but also to the unjust. For this is a gracious thing, when, mindful of God, one endures sorrows while suffering unjustly.
