HOW TO JOIN YOUR SESSION
I DO NOT have a ZOOM account and I do not want to subscribe!
You do not need to subscribe to ZOOM to access your appointment. You will be directed to ZOOM.US where you can use their free version.
I HAVE a ZOOM account.
To join the meeting you will click the button above that corresponds to the room assignment you were given with your appointment reminder.
If you are asked to provide a password, you will need to enter the password associated with your Zoom account - YOU DO NOT NEED A MEETING I.D. OR PASSWORD to access your appointment.
I DO NOT have a Free ZOOM account, but I would like to have one for added security.
Once you reach their page, click the orange button at the top right that says, SIGN UP, IT'S FREE. Be sure to Authenticate your ZOOM account, which involves a process where ZOOM sends an email to you, which you will need to respond to.
After you have set up a ZOOM account, return to this page and follow the instructions below.
