CLIENT CENTER

Welcome New Clients

You have entered the Baymeadows Center for Hope & Healing, Inc. ClientCenter. Like most client portals, new clients go through a process of signing in as new clients, requesting an Introductory Appointment, and completing check-in. We make this easy by taking you through the process in one smooth and easy process that will take you between 10 and 15 minutes. It could be a bit longer if you need to locate documents or research your health history.

By the time you complete the process, you will be well on your way to meeting with one of our Christian coaches, mentors, or counselors who are dedicated to helping you meet your emotional, spiritual, relational, and personal development goals.

HOW IT WORKS

Before you Request and Appointment, please read this entire section so you will know what to expect.

Step 1

Select an Introductory Session Type

First, you will be given an opportunity to select an Introductory session in your area. We have counselors in Northeast Florida (Jacksonville) or Southeast Florida (Okeechobee).

NOTE: Introductory Appointments are required for new or returning clients.

Step 2

Select & Book Available Session

In this step you will be located in the calendar so you can pick the available appointment that best fits your schedule.

If you would like your appointment to be conducted via telehealth (ZOOM), look for a video icon during registration. But also know that we prefer to meet you in person when scheduling introductory sessions. If you  believe telehealth is necessary, please tell us why when you tell us how we can help you in the next step.

Step 3

Provide Some Basic Information

In this step, you will provide some basic information that will be used to establish your basic membership to the ClientCenter, which will be attached to your appointment request. (You will provide this information again when you complete you intake forms.

Step 4

Confirmation of Request

After you provide your information and click on the green "Request Appointment" button, you will be transported to a page that will show the information related to your appointment request. You will also receive an email very soon after this step that will have all of the details related to your request.

Step 5

Complete Intake

This step will take the most time. There are four forms to complete, but most people will complete them in 10 to 15 minutes. Please provide the information requested honestly and to the best of your recollection, but it is not necessary for the information to be perfect. You can update us later, if necessary.

Notice: This step must be completed before your requested appointment can be approved.

Step 6

Approval Email

You will receive an email that will indicate that your appointment has been approved, requesting more information, or asking if you can attend your introductory appointment at a different time.

If your appointment is to be a telehealth appointment, you will receive additional instructions via email.
